Delivery & Shipping: Australia
We use Australia Post Express Post when shipping within Australia. We’ll supply you with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Orders are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) with purchases made on weekends or public holidays processed on the next business day. It may take us 48 hours to process your orders during sale periods.
Please allow 48 hours for Express Post deliveries to metropolitan areas. Bulky packages or deliveries sent to regional areas may take 2-5 days.
Please note that Express Post is not classified as registered post. Lost or stolen items are not covered and are at the risk of the purchaser.
Shipping is free in Australia for all orders over $75.
If you’re in Melbourne, you can also pick up your order from the Gyegi store at Melbourne’s GPO. Just let us know you’ll be dropping by to pick up your order by emailing us at hello@gyegi.com or call us on 03 9639 9771.
Delivery & Shipping: International
We use Australia Post Express Courier International to ship orders outside of Australia. We’ll email you with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Orders are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) with purchases made on weekends or public holidays processed on the next business day. It may take us 48 hours to process your orders during sale periods.
Deliveries will usually arrive within 3-7 days of shipping. Bulky packages or delivery to regional areas may take longer. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays which are beyond our control.
Shipping of international purchases is charged at a flat rate of $35.
International Deliveries by Gyegi may be subject to taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originates. Any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed on landed goods are payable by the purchaser.
Should you choose to refuse a shipment from Gyegi you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties and taxes and/or other customs charges.
Please note that lost or stolen items are not covered and are at the risk of the purchaser.
Cancellations of orders
To cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@gyegi.com or call us on 03 9639 9771 between 11am to 5pm seven days a week. If your order has been processed and has shipped (you’re too late!), please see ‘Returns and Exchanges’.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. We are happy to offer customers a return or an exchange for items purchased online. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from their date of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags must remain in place.
Please note there is no return on sale items unless faulty, however we are happy to exchange sale items.

Please contact Gyegi at hello@gyegi.com and explain why you need a return. We’ll send you a Gyegi online returns form. Please complete this form and send it back within 14 days of purchase with your return item and its receipt to:

Upon reviewing your returned goods, we will either refund your purchase cost or exchange your goods. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card used in the original purchase. Your exchange can be for an item in the online store to the same value. Any delivery costs will be charged to you.
If you purchased outside of Australia, your refund will exclude the shipping costs.
Return in person @ Melbourne’s GPO
Option two is to drop by our Melbourne’s GPO store in person (within 14 days of purchase) to exchange your online purchase (don’t forget your receipt and all tags must be intact). You can try on in-store as well. In-store you can exchange for an item of the same value, or pay more, or less, for another item (we’ll give you a credit note if it’s less). Credit notes are valid for 3 months.
Faulty goods
If your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@gyegi.com or call us on 03 9639 9771 and we’ll send you an Australia Post Express Post satchel for you to return the faulty item. Once the item has been received and checked we will happily issue you with a full refund or a replacement.
International returns and exchanges: more details
For international refunds/exchanges, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Gyegi. Exchanges made to destinations outside of Australia will be subject to the same customs procedures, so they are applicable for duty and tax. If returning item(s) from outside Australia, you must mark on the parcel ‘RETURN OF GOODS’.
Any refunds processed to an international credit card will use the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. Gyegi takes no responsibility for any difference between the refund rate and the rate that the initial purchase was processed at.
Gyegi recommends you return your item with a reputable courier service so that your package can be tracked. Gyegi will not take responsibility for any packages which we do not receive at our end.
