The Terms and Conditions under which you may purchase products from www.gyegi.com are set out below. Please read them carefully before placing your order with Gyegi. 

By completing the customer application process and using www.gyegi.com, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. 

Registration

To purchase goods on gyegi.com you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure. You must notify Gyegi immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or breach of security.

No Commercial Use

This Site is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site. 

Ordering Information
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Gyegi offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch.

After you place your order online, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Once payment has been approved, your order will be packed and dispatched and you will also be notified by email.

Colour
We have made every effort to display the colours of Gyegi products as accurately as possible on this website. However, due to variations with computer monitors we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Payment Methods
Payment can only be accepted by credit card using our secure checkout.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Transactions will appear on your statement as “Gyegi”.

Gyegi is an Australian business. All prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

International orders:

With international orders the total price of your order will include 10% GST in your shopping cart, however when your order is processed this 10% will be deducted when your credit card is charged. Please note when an item is charged to an international credit card, extra fees and charges due to currency conversion may be added in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

International deliveries by Gyegi may be subject to taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originates. Any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed on landed goods are payable by the purchaser.

We take the utmost care in ensuring that our site is as secure as possible. SSL is used to encrypt and protect the data you send us.
